CAMELOT FOR CHILDREN, INC., Allentown needs volunteers to help wrap gifts at gift wrap booths at the Lehigh Valley Mall or at Sands Outlets in Bethlehem now through 12/24. EQUI-LIBRIUM, INC., Nazareth, a therapeutic riding facility, needs volunteers for their all-inclusive Winter Equestrian Camp. They need horse leaders and side helpers to help riders in their riding lessons and activity helpers for horse-related activities from 9am-noon December 27-30. HISTORIC BETHLEHEM MUSEUMS & SITES needs volunteers (16+ years) to watch the galleries and trees for the protection of their collections, antiques, and decorations. Some are sit down positions. Volunteers needed as gallery watchers or guides for Luckenbach Mill from 11am-5pm on 12/15 & 16 and 12/22-24; Single Sisters House from 11am-5pm Thursday-Sunday; Goundie House from 4-7pm Monday-Sunday. LEHIGH VALLEY SCORE, LCCC, Schnecksville is seeking experienced business people to provide free business counseling and advice in all areas of business management (i.e. business plans, managing cash flow, marketing, etc. ). PHOEBE ALLENTOWN HEALTH CARE CENTER needs volunteers (13+ years) to help the staff, families, and volunteers host Christmas parties for their 450 residents. Many opportunities are available to assist with set up for parties, clean up, one-to-one with residents, hand out Christmas gifts, and assist with residents. THIRD STREET ALLIANCE FOR WOMEN & CHILDREN, INC., Easton needs volunteers (18+ years) for their Learning Center, a childcare program. Volunteer needed to assist small kitchen staff by delivering food to classrooms, collecting dishes, and cleaning the kitchen. Cooking opportunity available for right person. Classroom assistants are also needed to help with art projects, walks, activities, free play time, etc. PA Criminal Background Check & Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Background Check, as well as current physical and TB test are required. WOMEN OF EXCELLENCE, Bethlehem needs volunteers at their 9th Annual Christmas Party at Broughal Middle School on Fri. 12/16 for set-up, and Saturday, 12/17 for party help.
