LEHIGH VALLEY HEALTH NETWORK MARATHON FOR VIA, Lehigh Valley, needs volunteers (12+years) for either Sat. Sept 10 at the ArtsQuest Center between 9am-1pm or 1-5pm to hand out runners packets or Sun. Sept. 11 between 6am-1:30pm to be course marshals, staff water stations, or distribute food to the runners at the finish line.  Shift times and locations vary.  This marathon takes place through the cities of Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton.  Call Karen DeLuca, 484-239-4030, volunteers@vianet.org.

MEALS ON WHEELS OF LEHIGH COUNTY, Allentown is looking for volunteers (18+ years) to distribute meals to homebound individuals as a substitute volunteer.  No need to commit to a regular schedule.  Teams of 2 deliver on 33 routes throughout Lehigh County.  Drive a route or ride along as a visitor.  Bring a friend and form a team or let us provide a partner for you.   Delivery times are between 11am and 1pm Monday through Friday.  Training date is Tuesday, August 30th @1:30pm.  Call Dawn Stillwagon, 610-398-2563, dstillwagen@mealsonwheelslc.org.

NORTHAMPTON COUNTY HISTORICAL & GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY, Easton is looking for a volunteer Library/Archives Coordinator.  Primary duty -oversee daily operations of the library to provide efficient, effective, and integrated services.  Other duties-orientation of new volunteers, monitor development and preservation of library/archives, maintain library files, compile data about library activities, assist patrons, and work on projects.  Library is open Wednesday through Friday.  Call Andrew Zellers-Frederick, 610-253-1222, AndrewZF@northamptonctymuseum.org.
