At the Bachmann Publick House: “Meet George Taylor and John Adams,” 1 – 4 pm.  As you tour the Bachmann Publick House at 2nd and Northampton Sts., Easton, learn about Durham Ironmaster George Taylor, one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence as well as an owner of the Bachmann, at 1 pm.  At 2 pm and 3:30 pm, learn about John Adams, another signer of the Declaration of Independence.  $5 donation requested.

Site Tours of the Sigal Museum, 342 Northampton St., 12 – 4 pm, AND special Museum Store Clearance Sale in the auditorium to benefit the NCHGS. Additional site tours of house museums: Bachmann Publick House (including reenactors), 169 Northampton St.; Mixsell House (with costumed docents), 101 S. Fourth St.; and Nicholas House (with costumed docents), 5th & Ferry Sts., Easton, PA, 1 – 4 pm. Inclusive ticket for all four sites, $10.

Sigal Museum: Reenactment of the Test Act with visitors asked for oath of allegiance under “guard” of a uniformed soldier, 1:30-2:45 pm,
AND an exhibition of the facsimile of the Declaration of Independence with Tom Lingenfelter, 3 – 4 pm

PLUS Children’s Art Activity: Button Buzzers (colonial toy) on the sidewalk, 1 – 3 pm, FREE.
