After being inspired by Eminem, Chris Webby began writing raps in 2000 at age 11. In 2009, he decided to pursue his music career full-time, quickly recording nine mix tapes and three EPs. In 2014, Webby released his first studio album, Chemically Imbalanced, with the recording peaking at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hop-Hop charts. Webby will perform in the ArtsQuest Center’s Fowler Blast Furnace Room April 24.On May 22, the audience can witness the magic of accomplished musicians from different groups coming together to jam as one as the Musikfest Cafe presented by Yuengling welcomes the Everyone Orchestra. Led by conductor Matt Butler, the Everyone Orchestra melds the improvised riffs and melodies from world-renowned artists from some of the nation’s most popular jam acts. The Musikfest Café lineup includes Bethlehem-born guitarist Steve Kimock, best known for co-founding the psychedelic rock ensemble Zero and touring with Grateful Dead spinoffs The Other Ones and RatDog. Kimock will share the stage with his son John Kimock, an accomplished drummer who has toured with Mike Gordon of Phish; bassist Rob Mercurio of Galactic; guitarist and vocalist Cris Jacobs of The Bridge; and trumpet player/vocalist Jen Hartswick and trombonist/vocalist Natalie Cressman from the Trey Anastasio Band.

Also rocking the Musikfest Cafe on May 26 is DSB: A Tribute to Journey. Hailed by critics as “the next best thing” to Journey, DSB captures the signature sound of the classic rock group and delivers a high-energy, nostalgic concert experience while performing hits like “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Wheel in the Sky” and “Any Way You Want It.”
