In addition to the specially decorated museums, the Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts and the Moravian Museum of Bethlehem, visitors to Historic Bethlehem will be able to take in the sites and sounds of the “Christmas City” via any of the following tours:

A Christmas City Stroll – Enjoy “Christmas City, USA” on this candle-lit tour through beautiful downtown Historic Bethlehem. The certified guide in period dress will share the story of Bethlehem’s unique beginnings in 1741, explain the famous candles-in-every-window, and shed new light on the renowned Bethlehem star. Historic highlights include Bethlehem’s exquisite Victorian and colonial architecture, including two National Historic Landmarks and a , the 1741 Gemeinhaus and the Bethlehem Waterworks. Walk through the heart of Pennsylvania’s newest National Historic Landmark District, Historic Moravian Bethlehem.

Scenic Horsedrawn Carriage Rides – Enjoy a holiday tradition for locals and guests alike. Bethlehem by Night Bus Tour – Sit back and enjoy “Christmas City, USA” on a trip back in time with their certified guide in period dress. Deemed “the best way to see Bethlehem” this tour includes a visit to the famous star atop south mountain, a look at early and current local holiday traditions and access to historic highlights in North and South Bethlehem! You will drive through three centuries of Bethlehem’s history including the newest National Historic Landmark District in Pennsylvania.
