LEHIGH COUNTY SPECIAL OLYMPICS, Allentown needs volunteer skiers for the ski program held at Blue Mountain Resort on Wednesday mornings.  Volunteers are also needed for the positions of Asst. LEHIGH VALLEY ZOO, Schnecksville needs volunteers for their Winter Lights Spectacular from 5:30-10pm every Wednesday through Sunday, except Christmas, and Christmas Eve through January 1st.  Help is particularly needed Dec. 28 through Jan. 1.  Volunteers are needed at snack stands, parking, fire pit attendants and more!  Each time you volunteer, you get a free general admission ticket to use or give to family/friends.  Call Julia Bieski, 610-799-4171 x248, jbieski@lvzoo.org.

PLEASURE OF YOUR COMPANY THERAPY DOGS, INC., Kutztown needs volunteers with therapy dogs to visit residents of Kutztown Manor from 7-8pm every 2nd Monday of the month.  Help children develop reading skills at the Brandywine Library by having children read to therapy dogs.  Therapy dogs needed to visit residents of Cedarbrook Nursing Home every 2nd Wednesday of the month starting at 7pm.  Therapy dog teams must be registered PoYC tested teams.    Call Helene Skopek-Krygier, 570-814-6078, poycdogs@yahoo.com.

THE PERFECT FIT, Allentown is looking for fashion-savvy volunteers to help low-income women choose appropriate and professional outfits.  Should love working with people; have patience, enthusiasm, and a love of fashion and how it can positively impact and empower women.  Other duties include sorting, tagging clothing donations, and keeping boutique organized and appealing.  Light lifting required, must be able to stand for approx. 3 hours, and be knowledgeable about current style and business casual clothing trends.  Call Heidi Lennick, 610-871-5060, manager@theperfectfit.org.
