The Upright Citizens Brigade Touring Company, which has included performers from TV shows like Saturday Night Live, Silicon Valley, Veep and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and films like The Hangover, Bridesmaids and The Heat, will headline the third SteelStacks Improv Comedy Festival Feb. 26-27 at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem. The festival, which was rescheduled from Jan. 22-23 due to Winter Storm Jonas, will also feature renowned funnyman Christian Capozzoli, as well as 40 other improv comedy groups from around the country doing short- and long-form improv comedy. Hours are 7 p.m.-12 a.m. Friday and 2:30 p.m.-1 a.m. Saturday.
UCB TourCo brings the best improv comedians from the legendary Upright Citizens Brigade Theatres in New York and Los Angeles to new audiences around the country. The UCB Theatre – founded by Amy Poehler, Matt Besser, Ian Roberts and Matt Walsh – is home to some of the biggest stars in comedy today. On Jan. 27, 9:30 p.m., four UCB TourCo improvisers at the top of their game will perform a high-energy, surprising and hilarious show that has never been seen before and will never be seen again when they appear in the ArtsQuest Center’s Fowler Blast Furnace Room.

Christian Capozzoli, performing with Reckless Theatre in the Fowler Blast Furnace Room Feb. 26, 9 p.m., has been recognized as one of the top improvisers in North America. In addition to being the Founder and Artistic Director of New York City’s RECKLESS THEATRE, he has performed at improv festivals in Toronto, Berlin, Paris, Milan, Munich, Chicago and Philadelphia, and he has been featured on The Colbert Report and VH-1’s Motel Hell.
