…with Weyerbacher Beer & Grilled Cheese Pairings at SteelStacks

Weyerbacher Brewing Company and ArtsQuest are melting together to celebrate National Grilled Cheese Month with two Weyerbacher & Grilled Cheese Pairing events April 3 at the ArtsQuest Center’s Musikfest Café, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem. Tickets for the events, which take place from 1-3 and 4-6 p.m., are $45 for ArtsQuest Members and $49 for the public; they’re on sale now at steelstacks.org and 610-332-3378.

At the Weyerbacher & Grilled Cheese Pairing events, guests will enjoy five delectably toasty sandwiches, each perfectly paired with a 6-ounce Weyerbacher Beer designed to enhance and bring out all the flavors of the food.

The event includes:

• Brioche Bread, Smoked Mozzarella Cheese and Diced Peaches Sautéed in Butter & Oregano with a side of House Chips – paired with Weyerbacher Tiny Imperial Stout

• Challah Bread, Applewood Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Green Tomato Jam and Peppered Pork Belly with a side of Creamy Pasta Salad – paired with Last Chance IPA

• Marbled Rye Bread, Housemade Corned Beef and Shredded Emmental Cheese with Merry Monks Ale Mustard and a side of Jimaca Apple Slaw – paired with Merry Monks Belgian-style Tripel

• Housemade Rosemary Waffles, Local Organic Honey, Dry Rubbed Pulled Southern-style Flavored Chicken and Ghost Pepper Cheese with a side of Housemade BBQ Chips – paired with Double Simcoe IPA
