Photography aficionados and art enthusiasts are invited to celebrate the art of photography at the third-annual Lehigh Valley Photography Month (LVPM) this November. The month-long celebration features a variety of photography exhibitions, workshops and presentations at 19 different venues throughout the Lehigh Valley.

“Lehigh Valley Photography Month brings together galleries, museums, colleges and businesses throughout the region in one common goal – sharing the art of photography with a wide range of audiences,” says Janice Lipzin, Director of Visual Arts & Education for ArtsQuest, the nonprofit arts organization that launched LVPM in 2010. “This year our 19 partnering venues include the Allentown Art Museum, which is exhibiting the works of legendary photographers such as Edward Weston, Ansel Adams and Berenice Abbott; as well as community-focused businesses such as Fox Optical and Molly’s Irish Grille & Pub. By partnering together, these participants are really helping to highlight this region as a dynamic destination for photography.”
