Start your Halloween weekend early this year at Lehigh Valley Mall, 250 Lehigh Valley Mall, Whitehall, PA. This Saturday, October 29th at 9 AM kids 10 and under are invited to dress up and show off their costumes in the Kidgits Halloween Parade led by Polka Dot. Costumed participants will receive a goody bag full of yummy, spooky treats at the end of the parade. No full masks, please. The parade will begin at Entrance A / Lifestyle Center.
