Acclaimed jazz artist Madeleine Peyroux and comedian Nick Di Paolo will delight audiences at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks when they perform this summer at the  Musikfest Café presented by Yuengling.  Tickets for the shows are on sale to the public at www.steelstacks.org and 610-332-3378.

Madeleine Peyroux, who performs June 18, 8 p.m., released her debut recording, Dreamland, in 1996 and spent a number of years busking in Paris before earning mainstream recognition for 2004’s Careless Love. Winner of the Best International Jazz Artist honor at the 2007 BBC Jazz Awards, Peyroux is known for her unique style of blending various genres of music. Whether she sings songs by legends such as Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan, or performs her own original material, this amazing singer, songwriter and guitarist serves up a style that is uniquely her own. Tickets for Peyroux’s show are $45-$50.

On Aug. 21, 8:30 p.m., the Musikfest Café welcomes the one and only Nick Di Paolo; tickets for the performance are $25-$29 in advance and $29 and $33 day of show.

Di Paolo’s career took off after he appeared on “HBO’s Young Comedian Special.” He has since written and performed four standup specials including the one-hour Showtime special “Raw Nerve.” Di Paolo was a regular on “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn” and became a staple on the Comedy Central roasts. Other notable television and film credits include “Louie”, “Lucky Louie”, Artie Lange’s “Beer League,” a guest starring role on “The Sopranos” and “The Chris Rock Show,” where he was a writer for two seasons as well. For years Di Paolo has been a favorite guest on radio shows including “The Howard Stern Show,” “The Opie and Anthony Show” and “The Dennis Miller Show.” He also hosted “The Nick Di Paolo Show” in New York City in 2007 and “The Nick and Artie Show” from 2011-12.
