ArtsQuest Center Hosting Free Viewing Event for ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ with Chef Ashley Sherman Sept. 24
Event will also feature Q&A with the Palmer Township resident competing on this season’s edition of the popular FOX television show
The public is invited to meet Hell’s Kitchen contestant Ashley Sherman during a free viewing party for Hell’s Kitchen at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks Sept. 24, 7:30-9 p.m.
The viewing party, which will take place in the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas, will kick off with a Question & Answer Session with Sherman from 7:30-8 p.m., followed by the showing of Hell’s Kitchen from 8-9 p.m. The Q&A will be moderated by Kelly Huth, features editor and food blogger for The Express-Times and LehighValleyLive.com. Every guest who attends the evening will also receive a copy of a recipe from Sherman that will be available only at the event, as well as a photograph of the chef. Sherman will also be available to sign autographs during evening.
A resident of Palmer Township, Sherman is one of 18 contestants from throughout the nation competing on Hell’s Kitchen this year for a chance to become the head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill at Caesars in Atlantic City, N.J. The lead line cook at the ArtsQuest Center, the 30-year-old Sherman has had a passion for cooking since age 16. She has been part of the Aramark Culinary team at SteelStacks since 2011.
