After an afternoon of fierce yet fun competition Oct. 11, the Service Electric TV2 team led by Al Di Carlo and Kristi Fulkerson retained their crown by winning the second-annual Raven One to One Marketing Celebrity Skills Challenge at Oktoberfest presented by Yuengling. Joining them as champs of the 2014 Oktoberfest Skills Challenges at the festival is The Bayou, which topped nine other area eateries and bars Oct. 4 on the way to capturing the Oktoberfest Bar Skills Challenge. In addition to the skills challenge winners, Oktoberfest has announced that Holly Fields-Scott and Nevada Scott captured first place for the second year in a row during the Oktoberfest Decorative Beer Barrel Competition.
During the Celebrity Skills Challenge, the Service Electric TV2 team led by Di Carlo and Fulkerson beat out nine other celebrity-led teams taking part in four fun-filled challenges like stein relay races, a barrel rolling competition and the new Bethlehem Sausage Werke Brat Toss.
