Shopping with your green values this holiday season will not only help save the environment, but will also save you some cash and time. On November 18th from 11am-4pm at one convenient location, you’ll find green merchants offering holiday discounts on unique and eco-chic gift items, gift-baskets, gift-certificates, and more. At this premier event you can enter to win valuable door-prizes, as well as take home a free re-usable goodie-bag. It’s a great way to kick-start your holiday shopping while gaining peace of mind with your purchasing.

As a follow-up to their highly successful Earth Day Celebration, the Green Collaboration (www.greencollaboraiton.org) will be hosting this event at the beautiful and natural setting of the garden center at Bucks Country Gardens, 1057 N. Easton Rd., Doylestown PA (www.buckscountrygardens.com). An inspiring and festive assortment of local businesses will be featured at this free event on Sunday, November 18th from 11am-4pm. Bring the whole family and grab your holiday poinsettias and decorations from the garden center then shop eco-friendly wares in the special merchant area. Free food and beverage samplings round out the event. Rain or shine!

“With having had over 200 visitors attend our free Earth Day event on a rainy Sunday in April, it was really gratifying to see so many people in our community interested in green living. This venue will allow local merchants to showcase their green and sustainable gift offerings for the holiday season,” says co-founder Debi Sarandrea of Harmony Clean. “The garden center is a lovely and convenient setting to share the green living products, services, and knowledge of our vendors,” says co-founder Lyn Hicks, director of The Lotus Project.
