Calling all business owners to be part of this incredible event!

 

The Lehigh Valley Business Group (LVBG) is doing something unique and is holding a Business-to-Business Expo Night at Lehigh Valley Zoo on Friday, June 8, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Why is this unique? This event will be open to the public with no charge for admission.

The cost per table for business vendors is $150.00; however, the first 10 non-profit businesses only pay $100. LVBG will provide one 8’ table; you must bring your own chair. Skirting is not provided; you are required to bring your own. Rain date is the following Friday. June 15, 2012.

Tables will be located throughout the Zoo for maximum exposure and assigned in the order payment is submitted. Tables will be delivered and set up prior to 5:00 pm and vendors will be allowed access to the zoo between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm to set up. During the set up time the Zoo will be closed to the public.

Please note: No balloons or straws are allowed in the park at any time.

Do you need electric (add $25). Due to limited outlets, we will notify you if we cannot accommodate your request.

** Each vendor will be allowed to share their table with one (1) other vendor. We require this to be noted below.

Make checks payable to: Lehigh Valley Business Group. All checks shall be remitted to: Kevin Cope, CEO / Founder Lehigh Valley Business Group, 4418 Wagner Drive, Bethlehem Pa, 18020 together with a signed copy of this Agreement, no later than May 20, 2012 to reserve your table.

Cancellation clause: 50% will be refunded and returned if canceled by May 1st, 2012. After May 1st, no refunds will be returned. A confirmation will be sent to you once payment has been received.
