Media studio located at 13 East Main Street, Kutztown, featuring historical architectural  pieces and assorted oddities including: an Operay light, an antique drafting table, and an 1800s clock face displayed in a modern 8-foot frame. A pioneer of the artistic medium known as architectural and industrial salvage since the early ‘70s, Leonard began preserving the aesthetic and historical value of forgotten relics in New York City. His extensive collection of industrial plumbing fixtures, vintage lighting, and other early era tokens of the American Industry are available for display in his Moselem Springs showroom, a historic grain mill, marked on the National Register of Historical Places. Leonard’s high-end architectural items have found homes with notable clients such as Martha Stewart, Paul Simon, and Diane Keaton. As more than just a dealer, Leonard crafts artistic sculptures with industrial pieces and creates timeless reproductions of rare classics. The window front of What’s This?! Media features vintage flood lights donated last year by Leonard for the studio’s Main Street grand opening. The Found Objects of Industry Exhibit will open Saturday, August 30th from 4 pm – 9 pm, and display items will be available for purchase at the studio through December. What's This Vintage Flood Lights

What’s This?! Media, owned and operated by Kutztown University Alumni Joe Grasso, contracts local mixed media artists and Electronic Media Alumni. Since the advent of his video production company two years ago, Grasso strives to maximize the company’s impact on the community with a new studio space. Grasso views the studio location as an “open house for the community,” where university affiliates and local artists can maintain charity events, live musical performances, and art exhibitions. Passionate about collaboration, Grasso explains, “The idea of artists working for artists is a driving factor in what I do. It’s a dream come true.” Leonard’s Found Objects of Industry Exhibit will be the most extensive gallery at the studio to date.
