HERITAGE CORRIDOR, Easton needs volunteers for D & L’s Opening Day for Trails Clean Up in Hugh Moore Park at 9am on Saturday, April 8th.  Help clean up litter, install safety signs, clear branches, and plant flowers.  Help museum get ready for Immersion Days, and set up Trail Tender Trailer.  Three hour shifts preferred, but all help is welcome! GOOD SHEPHERD REHABILITATION NETWORK, Allentown needs volunteers for their Gift Shop from 9am-noon Monday-Friday.  Volunteers assist customers, sell merchandise, and stock shelves.  Must be able to make change, be customer friendly, be dependable, and have the ability to understand, remember, and follow verbal/written instructions.  Training will be provided.  Call JoAnn Frey, 610-776-3125, [email protected].

LEHIGH COUNTY SPECIAL OLYMPICS, Allentown needs a golf coach and assistant golf coach for 2017 season beginning late March/early April.  Applicants must be able to accompany the athlete to the competition event held at Penn State.  A one-day training session (TBD) is required.  Volunteers are also needed to help athletes play golf during the eight practice sessions.  Criminal Background check is paid by LCSO.  Call Patty Feninez, 484-274-8544, [email protected].

SHARECARE FAITH IN ACTION, Bethlehem is looking for volunteer drivers (18+ years) to help safely transport people who are elderly and/or disabled to and from doctor appointments and with grocery shopping in the Lehigh Valley.  Volunteers are also needed to visit, socialize, and take homebound customers out of their home environment.  All volunteers are asked to attend a 2 hour orientation and training.  Call Cheryl Wilson, 610-867-2177, [email protected].
